Our client is a nationally recognized law firm that is seeking a Litigation Associate (2–5 years) to join its Business Litigation practice in Minneapolis. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators on high-stakes commercial disputes for a sophisticated national and international client base.

Associates in this group gain meaningful hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, e-discovery management, motion practice, and brief writing. The team encourages early responsibility, and associates often have the opportunity to participate in depositions, hearings, and oral arguments while working directly with partners on complex matters.

The firm is looking for candidates with two to five years of law firm litigation experience, ideally involving complex commercial or business disputes. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials along with excellent analytical ability, writing skills, and attention to detail. Experience clerking for a federal judge is highly valued but not required.
