Let’s be direct: Most firms talk about "resolution" or "mediation." Our client specializes in the one thing that actually matters to high-stakes clients: Winning. Mission Recruiting is representing a premier Southern California litigation powerhouse defined by its record-shattering results—including near-billion-dollar commercial jury verdicts and some of the highest personal injury judgments in U.S. history. If you want to be at the table for the most complex, high-stakes cases in the state, this is the environment where you will be tested and rewarded.
The Mission
The Caseload: You will lead complex litigation across commercial disputes, intellectual property, catastrophic PI, and insurance bad faith. This is not a "discovery-only" role; you are here to litigate.
The Team: You’ll join an elite room of senior attorneys, many with 15–30 years of experience. This is a high-performance culture for those who want to master the art of the trial alongside the best in the business.
The Outcome: You aren't just filing motions; you are crafting innovative strategies to secure precedent-setting judgments for policyholders and plaintiffs, as well as defending corporate interests in multi-million dollar disputes.
The Essentials
