What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through verdict
• Develop and execute trial strategy in complex, high-stakes cases
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Prepare and argue motions, including Motions in Limine
• Handle jury selection and all phases of trial
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Maintain direct communication with public entity clients
• Stay current on changes in California law affecting public agencies

Compensation and Incentives

• Salary range: $200,000 to $225,000, depending on background
• Annual billable hours bonus program
