Mission Recruiting represents a busy Long Beach litigation firm seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to support an active civil defense practice. This role includes managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, appearing in court, and assisting with trial preparation.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of litigation experience, strong legal writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to handle a busy caseload with a high level of independence. Experience with civil rights, public entity, or insurance defense matters is strongly preferred.
