What You Will Work On

This role provides exposure to a diverse litigation docket, including:

• Personal injury matters involving motor vehicle accidents
• Product liability claims
• Premises liability cases
• Homeowners claims
• Commercial litigation

You will collaborate directly with experienced trial attorneys and partners while taking an active role in:

• Depositions
• Discovery strategy and responses
• Pre-trial preparation
• Hearings and mediations
• Appeals

Attorneys who want courtroom experience will have opportunities to try cases. Those who prefer to focus on litigation strategy and trial preparation will find a strong platform to do so. The environment supports both paths.

• 10-attorney litigation team
• Dedicated legal assistant with significant litigation experience

• The annual billable target is 1,920 hours, with a clear structure for productivity-based quarterly bonuses.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000, depending on background
• Significant quarterly bonuses based on productivity
• 80 hours of accrued vacation
• 100 percent employer-paid health and dental premiums for employees
• 50 percent employer contribution toward dependent premiums
• 401(k) with 3 percent employer contribution based on total compensation
