    Ideal candidates will bring 3-10 years of experience and a strong desire to work with institutional lenders on creditors’ rights litigation matters, including evictions, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. The firm values clear communicators, critical thinkers, and team players who thrive in dynamic environments and are looking for meaningful work and mentorship without the rigidity of traditional law firm structures.


    What You’ll Need:

    • Active Washington law license in good standing
    • 3-10 years of litigation experience (bankruptcy a plus)
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • A team-oriented mindset with a touch of humor and humility
    • Comfortable with court appearances and shifting priorities
