Dankesreiter & Emmet, LLP is seeking an attorney to work as part of a team handling civil litigation in the areas of real estate, construction, business litigation, and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.

We need an attorney who is highly-organized, has ability to work independently, and has a polished demeanor. We encourage members of our firm to be involved in community philanthropic organizations. We seek to provide a balance between career demands and personal/family involvement.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience with civil litigation
• We will offer a competitive salary consistent with experience. Please include salary requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a case load of assigned cases
• Independently manage and meet deadlines
• Communicate with clients and all relevant parties as necessary
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence without solely relying on forms
• Draft, review and advise regarding various types of contracts
• Fairly track a minimum of 100 billable hours per month
