Responsibilities: • Manage cases from intake through resolution, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances. • Provide clear, empathetic, and strategic counsel to clients navigating sensitive legal issues. • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, parenting plans, and settlement agreements. • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations with professionalism. • Collaborate with senior attorneys for mentorship and case strategy development. • Contribute to firm growth through client service, networking, and business development. Qualifications: • Licensed attorney in good standing. • Minimum of one year of courtroom or litigation experience (family law experience preferred but not required). • Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with confidence in the courtroom. • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple cases effectively. • Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset and empathetic approach. • Motivated, ethical, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and high-quality service. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly depending upon experience
