** WHAT YOU'LL DO: **Handle all legal aspects of sophisticated divorce and family law cases from beginning to end, including child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, pre/post marital agreements, post-judgment enforcement and modications by:

-Expertly managing case deadlines to ensure timely resolution of legal matters.

-Running your own internal team “pod,” overseeing a team of legal support professionals that will assist you in being successful.

-Collaboration with other legal team members.

-Attending court appearances (virtual or in person) throughout New Jersey and effectively and strongly advocate for clients' interests.

-Conducting advanced legal research and extensive legal writing for motions, pleadings, memoranda, discovery demands and responses, correspondences, preparing and analyzing Case Information Statements, our clients' business and personal financial statements, etc.

-Meeting and interfacing with clients as needed on a timely basis to provide 5-star, exceptional, responsive, and empathetic client service and support.

-Participating in educational opportunities, including attendance and speaking engagements at major Family Law Continuing Legal Education (CLE) events.

-Excellent writing skills and creative problem-solving & sickening degree of attention to detail; Strong legal research skills, storytelling, negotiation & courtroom advocacy skills

-Ability to be an incredible juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly

-Effective, frequent, and clear verbal and written communication skills; A knack for explaining legal jargon to clients in plain English

-High emotional intelligence with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships internally and externally; A positive attitude that doesn't waver, even when clients are venting, or cases get messy.

-Ability to capture, track, and meet billable hour requirements and other KPI's

-Ability to self-manage and prioritize a heavy caseload, able to proactively and ahead of schedule meet deadlines, and regularly communicate with clients to maintain expectations

-No ego; don't mind having egg on your face sometimes if you learn and grow from the experience ** _

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
-Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
-Admission to the New Jersey State Bar is required
-Experience handling complex legal issues and court proceedings effectively.
-Experience handling clients' emotions and anxiety
-Experience strategizing on cases and executing with intentionality
-An established, well-respected advocate with personal and professional integrity & ethics, priding oneself on high-quality work
**
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:_**
- Prolonged sitting at a desk and toggling between 2 or 3 computer screens
- Driving to various New Jersey Counties for Court Appearances
- Strong Computer and Technology Interfacing
