What You’ll Tackle:
- Full-cycle litigation, including depositions, discovery, motions, and hearings
- Public contracting, real estate, and construction-related matters
- Defense of tort, personal injury, and dangerous condition claims
- Complex legal challenges facing California’s public education system

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $160,000 to $195,000 DOE
- Quarterly Bonuses: $5,000 to $20,000 for meeting billable goals
- Annual Bonuses: $1,000 for every 10 hours over 1800, up to $40,000

Qualifications:
- California Bar member in good standing
- Strong civil litigation experience (insurance defense, PI, tort, public property ideal)
