Our client has asked MB Attorney Search to recruit a dynamic, highly motivated Labor & Employment Associate (approximately 2–4 years of experience) to join its Houston, Texas office.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a thriving, nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice that continues to see strong growth. The Houston office currently has several senior attorneys and partners driving a busy docket—what’s missing is a talented associate to round out the team and provide essential support at the junior level. You’ll have the chance to work closely with L&E partners in Houston as well as across the country, gaining broad exposure to a wide range of clients, industries, and matters.
Labor & Employment Associate Opportunity:
You’ll handle a variety of complex labor and employment matters, including:
- Temporary restraining orders and injunction proceedings
- Trade secret and non-compete litigation
- Wage and hour class and collective actions
- Single-plaintiff employment litigation
- Discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings in both state and federal courts

- Top academics and prior law firm experience in labor and employment or complex litigation is required.
