What you will be working on

• Managing wage and hour and class action matters from inception through resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Propounding and responding to discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Appearing in court and attending mediations
• Interviewing clients and class members
• Supervising and collaborating with legal support staff

• Base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
