What You'll Be Doing (Spoiler: Not Just Drafting Memos)
- Litigating employment matters involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, Wage & Hour, and ERISA claims
- Taking and defending depositions (yes, you’ll get to do them!)
- Drafting real pleadings, motions, and briefs that end up in court, not just on a partner’s desk
- Making court appearances and arguing your heart out
- Reviewing ESI, interviewing witnesses, and being a true litigation badass
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- California Bar license (Nevada Bar is a bonus, but not required)
- Killer research and writing skills
- Poise, presence, and a love for arguing your point in a packed courtroom
