What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of attorneys handling individual employment litigation
• Personally evaluate new cases and determine legal strategy
• Supervise pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Oversee or participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with operations and support staff to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Monitor case progress and implement best practices in litigation management

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in employment law, especially single-plaintiff litigation
• A strong track record in plaintiff-side employment claims: discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour disputes, and wrongful termination
• Leadership experience managing attorneys or practice groups
• Strategic litigation insight, excellent writing, and persuasive communication skills
• A proactive, team-first mindset with a commitment to legal excellence
