As a valued attorney on a tight-knit legal team, you'll handle an active caseload of complex employment litigation, primarily focused on wage and hour class actions. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in California state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and administrative hearings
• Draft complaints, mediation briefs, motions, and class action settlement agreements
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and support clients through every stage of litigation
• Mentor junior attorneys while continuing to grow your own litigation acumen
• Work closely with partners to manage and settle cases

• Salary: $120,000 to $200,000 DOE
