Team Lead – Single Plaintiff Employment Litigation

About the Role
As Team Lead, you will oversee a department dedicated exclusively to single-plaintiff employment cases, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. You will:
- Direct the full case lifecycle from intake through resolution
- Provide hands-on supervision of attorneys and legal staff
- Develop litigation strategy, oversee discovery, and guide trial preparation
- Lead settlement negotiations and mediations
- Mentor and train junior attorneys to strengthen advocacy skills
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency and drive firm growth
- This position is designed for an attorney who enjoys both litigation and leadership, with the opportunity to influence strategy, outcomes, and team culture.

Ideal Candidate
- Licensed California attorney in good standing
- Background in plaintiff-side single-plaintiff employment litigation
- Strong experience with case strategy, motions, discovery, settlement, and trial preparation
