Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to evaluate claims such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage violations.
- Analyze claims under federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and others.
- Develop clear, strategic case assessments for senior attorneys.
- Guide clients with clarity and compassion through their legal options.
- Coordinate closely with intake teams to streamline case progression.
What We’re Seeking:
- J.D. and active bar membership required.
- Experience in employment law or plaintiff-side litigation strongly preferred.
- Excellent legal analysis, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of cases with attention to detail and empathy.
