Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney | Premier Northern California Platform

Mission Recruiting is partnering with a respected Northern California business law firm to add both junior and senior attorneys to its Labor and Employment Litigation and Counseling group in San Jose, with occasional travel to Merced and Modesto.

This is a high-visibility role within a full-service firm known for deep regional roots, long-standing client relationships, and meaningful community engagement. Attorneys manage cases from inception through resolution while advising employers on complex workplace compliance and risk strategy.

You will handle discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. The practice also includes pre-litigation counseling on wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC matters. Both emerging and seasoned litigators are encouraged to explore this opportunity.

• Compensation range of $145,000 to $250,000 plus origination and discretionary bonuses
