The practice handles high-stakes, contingency-fee litigation with meaningful exposure. Recent matters include eight-figure trial results and class actions with nine-figure potential. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry, motivated, and excited by the idea of building long-term wealth through performance, not just collecting a paycheck. This is a fully in-office role in San Diego.

The Opportunity

You will step into an environment where attorneys are trusted early, trained closely, and given hands-on litigation experience from day one. Workloads ebb and flow based on case posture, so adaptability and drive are essential.

What you will do:

• Handle all phases of plaintiff-side employment and complex civil litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial
• Collaborate directly with senior trial attorneys on strategy
• Contribute to novel legal theories and emerging areas of law
• Manage deadlines in a fast-moving, results-oriented practice
