    • Work directly with clients throughout litigation

    Qualifications

    • JD from an accredited law school
    • Minimum of two years of litigation experience
    • Strong legal writing and analytical skills
    • Experience with motion practice, depositions, and hearings preferred
    • Employment law experience preferred but not required
    • Experience using LexisNexis and Westlaw
    • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side advocacy

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $125,000–$250,000 DOE
    • Discretionary performance bonus
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k) with safe harbor match
    • Employer-paid disability and life insurance

    • Wellness benefits and additional employee assistance programs

This is a fully in-office position that offers significant responsibility from day one without billable hour requirements, allowing attorneys to focus on quality advocacy and meaningful client outcomes.
