Employment Litigation Associate Attorney
Mission Recruiting is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney on behalf of a plaintiff-side employment litigation practice in Los Angeles.
This opportunity is designed for attorneys with 2 to 6 years of litigation experience who are ready to take meaningful ownership of cases while continuing to develop under experienced mentorship. Rather than managing a high-volume docket, you'll work on a controlled caseload that allows for thoughtful strategy, client advocacy, and high-quality legal work.
Responsibilities
- Manage an active caseload
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and written advocacy
- Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Collaborate on litigation strategy
- Maintain consistent case activity and internal deadlines
- Work directly with clients throughout litigation
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice, depositions, and hearings preferred
- Employment law experience preferred but not required
- Experience using LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side advocacy
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $125,000–$250,000 DOE

Salary Range: $125,000 to $250,000
