What You’ll Do
- Take over and grow a litigation-heavy employment caseload
- Oversee and mentor associate attorneys
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership
- Participate in business development with full origination credit
- Engage in trial work, depositions, and motion practice
Ideal Background
- 7+ years of experience in employment litigation or class actions
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- Strong leadership and client relationship skills
- Desire to break through income or growth ceilings of your current firm
