    What You’ll Do

    • Lead client consultations and guide families through estate planning decisions
    • Develop customized strategies and recommend appropriate trust structures
    • Draft complete estate plans, including wills, trusts, and ancillary documents
    • Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and comfortably
    • Partner with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
    • Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented culture
    • Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple open matters

     

    What Makes You a Strong Fit

    • Hands-on experience completing estate plans independently, from intake through signing
    • Exposure to trust administration or probate is welcome (robust support provided)
    • Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
    • Comfort with technology and modern drafting platforms
    • Active California Bar license

     

    Compensation

    • Base salary range: $120,000–$150,000
    • Revenue-based quarterly bonuses; total typical compensation $150,000–$225,000
    • No billable hour requirements

     

    Benefits

    • $500 monthly premium allowance for medical, dental, vision, or supplemental coverage
    • Medical, dental, and vision eligibility after 60 days
