You’ll spend nearly all your time working directly with clients, guiding them through the estate planning process with empathy, clarity, and confidence. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-person consultations and client meetings
• Design and present estate planning strategies, including custom trust structures
• Draft full estate plans, including trusts, wills, and ancillary documents
• Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciaries
• Maintain ongoing client relationships post-engagement
• Join a collaborative team of attorneys, supported by paralegals and operations staff

What We’re Looking For:

• You have completed at least 10 estate plans independently from intake through signing
• You are confident in client-facing roles and able to communicate complex concepts clearly
