$250,000 - $500,000 Annually: $85,000 - $120,000 salary plus a guaranteed monthly bonus structure.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Attorney to join our law firm. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files. You will work closely with administrative staff, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients. If you are a self-starter with a passion for law, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Prepare, motions, pleadings and other legal documents

Conduct legal research

Prepare for and attend legal proceedings

Negotiate on behalf of clients

Manage a litigation case load of up to 40-50 cases.

Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants

Qualifications

Five years experience as a Personal Injury plaintiff attorney

Trial experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
