What You’ll Do
- Advise and represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and parentage matters
- Develop tailored strategies that blend legal expertise with practical solutions
- Manage cases from intake through resolution, including negotiations, hearings, and trials when necessary
- Collaborate with outside experts to strengthen client outcomes
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
Who You Are
- An active California Bar member in good standing
- A family law attorney with at least 2 years of consecutive family law experience
- Experienced in hearings and motions; trial experience a plus
- Skilled at navigating sensitive, high-stakes issues with professionalism and empathy
- Committed to collaboration, integrity, and long-term client success
- CFLS certification is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary of $120,000 – $275,000 plus bonus opportunities
- Hybrid schedule with reasonable billable expectations (1,515 annually)
