What You’ll Do
- This role is designed for attorneys who want hands-on responsibility and a true start-to-finish practice experience.
- Manage an average caseload of approximately 40 family law matters
- Conduct intake calls and lead client consultations that convert into retained matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
- Litigate matters involving divorce, custody, support, adoption, and domestic violence
- Appear in court and gain trial exposure when cases require it

Compensation
- Total income range of $100,000 to $150,000
- Structured bonus program

Work Schedule & Expectations
- 1850 annual billable hour expectation
- In-office role based in Upland, CA
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Office hours begin at 9:00 a.m.
- Average of 35 to 40 total hours per week, including billable and non-billable time
