What You’ll Do
- Manage an average caseload of 40 matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct client consultations and intake calls
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Negotiate settlements and litigate contested issues
- Handle family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, adoption, and domestic violence
