With a strong support staff, personal and professional coaching, and a low billable requirement of just 1515 hours annually, you’ll be set up for success from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of 50-80 active cases
- Appear in most SoCal courts for hearings, motions, and trials
- Handle all aspects of divorce, custody, support, and parentage matters
- Draft motions, agreements, and conduct legal research
- Negotiate settlements and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Compensation:
- Junior Attorneys: Up to $120,000
- Senior Attorneys: $175,000 to $275,000
- Entry-Level/Non-Barred: $35/hour with fast-track advancement
