We are seeking an Attorney to become a part of our criminal defense team! Recent law grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate resolutions for criminal cases
• Legal Research
• Discuss strategy with co-employees

​​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in criminal law preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Familiarity with the EDMS filing system preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Obtained a law degree (J.D)

Criminal defense law firm representing clients across Midwest Iowa. Pay will be base pay PLUS a percentage of the cases worked by the employee. Employee has potential to make $150k plus per year.
