What You Will Do
- Manage general liability matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Participate in depositions as experience grows
- Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate on litigation strategy and case evaluation
- Appear in court as needed
- Take increasing ownership of assigned files
Compensation
- Base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000
- Flexibility above or below the range, depending on the background
- Discretionary year-end bonus
