Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Manage a diverse caseload of professional liability and general liability cases from day one
• Handle site visits and rapid-response litigation (think real-time involvement, not desk duty)
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and cross-examine witnesses
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs that actually get filed—not just edited
• Participate in strategy meetings, trial prep, and courtroom battles

• Licensed in California (Nevada Bar is a plus)
• Significant litigation experience, including trial prep and courtroom advocacy
• Confidence, curiosity, and a passion for real trial work—not just settlements
