A highly respected litigation team is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to step into a trial-forward role with immediate responsibility and courtroom exposure.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage professional and general liability cases
• Take/defend depositions and argue motions
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in trial prep and courtroom proceedings
• Engage in rapid-response litigation and site visits

What You Bring:

• California Bar admission (Nevada is a plus)
• Strong litigation and trial preparation experience
• Interest in hands-on courtroom advocacy
• Commitment to mentorship and growth

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $110,000 – $200,000 DOE
• Quarterly bonuses
