A highly respected, female-led litigation firm is seeking a trial-ready attorney to handle civil defense matters, including professional and general liability. This role offers direct courtroom involvement, hands-on litigation experience, and mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Make court appearances and argue motions
• Participate in rapid-response litigation events

Qualifications:

• California Bar admission required (Nevada a plus)
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Trial-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $110,000 – $200,000 DOE
• Quarterly bonuses
