Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence. • Prepare all necessary legal documents for client matters. • Represent clients in court, including arguing motions. • Analyze cases and develop effective strategies to meet client goals. • Help administrative staff with client meetings, billing, and project completion; and • Collaborate with senior attorneys for trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Qualifications: • Active California Bar License in good standing. • Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong research, writing, and communication skills. • Proficiency with modern legal technology.
