Responsibilities: • Assist the owner/managing attorney in managing a variety of case matters. • Conduct legal research and analysis related to probate cases. • Prepare and draft legal documents, including but not limited to wills, petitions, and probate pleadings. • Collaborate with the owner/managing attorney to develop case strategies. • Oversee or review work for entry-level associates, as needed. • Conduct consultations, as needed. • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in cases. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Licenses to practice law in Arizona or willing to get licenses in Arizona. • Experience with Probate law in Arizona of at least 3 years is a plus! • Experience with Litigation of at least 3 years is a plus! • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment. • Familiarity with online legal research tools and case management software. Compensation: $78,000 - $130,000 yearly
