• Manage 50+ insurance defense matters from inception to resolution
• Handle court appearances, depositions, discovery, and client strategy
• Prepare cases for trial with a team that knows how to win
• Build strong relationships with clients who value sharp legal insight

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Admitted to the New York Bar (NJ admission a plus or willingness to obtain)
• Experienced in insurance defense litigation, preferably with courtroom or trial experience
• Organized, independent, and driven to exceed expectations

What’s in It for You

• Base salary between $120,000 and $150,000
• Monthly bonus: $50 for every hour billed over 180
• Year-end discretionary bonus
• 170 monthly / 2,040 annual billable hour expectation
