What You'll Do:

• Evaluate new cases and manage intake

• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witnesses

• Draft and argue motions in court

• Lead settlement negotiations

• Keep clients updated with timely and strategic case reports

• Maintain a billable target of 1800 hours

• Split your time between home and the Irvine office

What You Bring:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in California

• 1 to 7 years of civil litigation experience

• Outstanding communication and advocacy skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 to $160,000, depending on experience
