Position Overview:
A dynamic law firm specializing in insurance defense is seeking an Associate Attorney with expertise in Insurance Defense Litigation. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to the firm's trucking defense practice.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction defect cases.
- Prior personal injury defense experience may be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and defend construction-related cases independently.
- Draft detailed responses to discovery requests.
- Take and defend depositions effectively.
- Maintain and oversee case files.
Required Skills:
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in drafting discovery responses (preferred).
- Experience in depositions (preferred).
- Capability to handle cases autonomously with minimal supervision.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
- Bonus: $30/hour for all hours worked beyond standard expectations.
