Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and post-judgment issues. • Handle your own full caseload and manage client relationships with empathy and strategy. • Appear regularly in court; attend mediations and depositions, and take ownership of litigation from day one (with mentorship and support as needed). • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal arguments at a high level. Expectations & Requirements • Minimum: 110 billable hours per month (1,300–1,400 annually) with bonus tiers for performance. • Demonstrated interest or experience in family law litigation. • Willingness to grow with us and support our Core Values: Bold Battles, Blunt Truths, Boundless Dedication, Bigger Giving, and Better Together.
