  • Responsibilities

    A reputable law firm is seeking a Junior Partner or Senior Associate Attorney with experience in Labor & Employment law to join its Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to advance their career while working on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff claims and wage & hour class actions.

     

    This position offers substantial responsibility, direct client interaction, and the chance to collaborate on complex and high-profile cases in a supportive, low-turnover environment.

     

    What You'll Do:

    • Represent employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation
    • Defend claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and more
    • Draft persuasive pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
    • Manage litigation strategy, document reviews, and client communications
    • Take depositions, second-chair trials, and participate in mediations and hearings
    • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice group development

     

    Who You Are:

    • 6-8+ years of experience in complex labor & employment litigation
    • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (New York Bar a plus)
    • Skilled in litigation strategy, case management, and legal writing
    • Strong communicator with excellent client service and relationship-building abilities
    • Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
