A reputable law firm is seeking a Junior Partner or Senior Associate Attorney with experience in Labor & Employment law to join its Philadelphia office. What You'll Do:
- Represent employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation
- Defend claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and more
- Draft persuasive pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
- Manage litigation strategy, document reviews, and client communications
- Take depositions, second-chair trials, and participate in mediations and hearings
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice group development
 
Who You Are:
- 6-8+ years of experience in complex labor & employment litigation
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (New York Bar a plus)
- Skilled in litigation strategy, case management, and legal writing
- Strong communicator with excellent client service and relationship-building abilities
- Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
