We're seeking a California-licensed attorney with 2+ years of labor and employment experience to join our Sacramento office in a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).
Attorneys with union-side labor experience are strongly encouraged to apply. We also welcome candidates from plaintiffs' employment law, public interest law, general litigation, or arbitration who bring a demonstrated commitment to workers' rights.

- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and pleadings

- Support the firm's labor and employment practice across public and private sectors
What You'll Bring
- Active California Bar membership
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
