What You’ll Do:

This full-time, onsite role offers meaningful responsibility from the outset:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Argue motions in court
• Guide clients through emotionally charged employment disputes
• Participate in courtroom preparation and proceedings

You’ll work closely with seasoned litigators and be mentored by some of California’s most respected trial attorneys. The firm fosters a culture of rigorous internal training, strategic collaboration, and hands-on courtroom development.

• Base Salary: $120,000–$200,000+
• Performance Bonus: 4–5% of the award or settlement based on contribution

What You Bring:

• California bar license
• Experience in employment litigation, especially FEHA matters
