What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent employees in wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and class action matters
• Manage written discovery, depositions, court appearances, and arbitrations
• Draft mediation briefs, trial briefs, and dispositive motions
• Collaborate with an experienced litigation team while maintaining autonomy over your caseload
• Contribute to case strategy from intake through resolution

What This Opportunity Offers:

• Competitive base salary of $150,000 to $170,000, depending on experience
• 3% of attorneys’ fees on firm cases
• 25% of attorneys’ fees on cases you originate

Who You Are:

• Licensed California attorney in good standing
• Strong background in employment litigation, including wage and hour and representative actions
• Confident handling of discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
• Passionate about advocating for workers and achieving meaningful outcomes
