Employment Litigator – Plaintiff-Side Employment Law

This practice is seeking a driven Employment Litigator who is ready to take ownership of impactful cases and help employees assert their rights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- In this role, you will represent employees in wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and class action matters. You will manage written discovery, depositions, court appearances, and arbitrations, while also drafting mediation briefs, trial briefs, and dispositive motions.
- You will collaborate with an experienced litigation team while maintaining autonomy over your caseload and contributing to case strategy from intake through resolution.
What This Opportunity Offers
- $110,000 - $130,000 for less experienced attorneys
- $150,000+ for more experienced attorneys
- Additional compensation includes 3% of attorneys’ fees on firm cases, 25% of attorneys’ fees on cases you originate, and an annual discretionary bonus.

Who You Are
- The ideal candidate is a licensed California attorney in good standing with a strong background in employment litigation, including wage and hour and representative actions. You should be confident handling discovery, motion practice, and court appearances, and passionate about advocating for workers and achieving meaningful outcomes.
