A well-respected and established New Jersey real estate law firm is seeking a full-time attorney to join our growing landlord-tenant legal team. If you're looking to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment without the pressure of billable hours, this is the opportunity for you.

We specialize in representing landlords in legal matters across New Jersey and provide additional real estate and general legal services to our clients.

** Key Responsibilities**

• Appear in New Jersey courts daily and in office when not in court
• Draft and file legal documents including Evictions, Ejectments, Motions, Notices to Quit and Other landlord-tenant and real estate filings
• Communicate with landlord clients and provide updates
• Collaborate with internal team members on case strategy and task management

** Qualifications**

• Licensed and admitted to practice law in New Jersey (Required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Legal experience preferred, especially in landlord-tenant or real estate law — but not required
