Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on landlord-tenant or eviction litigation experience
- Familiarity with rent-controlled jurisdictions and trial work
- Active license to practice law in California
- Strong communication, case management, and client interaction skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of post-foreclosure and routine eviction matters
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Conduct client consultations, attend court, and prepare for trial
- Collaborate with internal teams and support staff
- Occasionally oversee surplus funds cases
