What You’ll Do:
- Manage and deliver outstanding legal work for clients.
- Originate and grow client relationships that enhance the firm’s portfolio.
- Collaborate with peers and firm leadership to expand practice capabilities.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s culture of collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- A civil practice area that complements the firm (such as litigation, employment law, real estate, bankruptcy, probate, or family law).
- A demonstrated ability to develop a book of business or a strong commitment to building one.
- Subject matter expertise with the drive to lead and grow.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
Compensation:
- Partner compensation is based on a percentage of collections.
- Hybrid compensation options may be available for the right candidate.
