About the Role

• Focus: Commercial litigation, with opportunities to work on real estate and employment matters.
• Experience: At least four years of litigation experience, ideally including brief writing, discovery, and taking/defending depositions. Employment litigation experience is a plus.
• Business Development: Associates are encouraged and supported in building their client base, including the chance to work with firm clients previously managed by retired partners. All new client originations are credited to the associate, and business development is actively mentored by partners.
• Growth: The firm has a proven track record of promoting from within-three associates who became partners in 2024, and another is on track for partnership in 2025. Details about the partnership track are shared during the offer stage.
• Compensation: Competitive base salary ($155,000 to $165,000 DOE) with quarterly bonuses based on both objective and subjective criteria, including client growth and quality of work.
• Work-Life Balance: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote), 1650 annual billable hours, and a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
