    If you're a civil litigation attorney who wants autonomy over your caseload and your schedule, this opportunity offers the chance to work on complex construction defect and business litigation matters for a respected, multi-state firm known for a collegial, relaxed culture and long-term attorney retention.

     

    What's in it for you? You'll manage a wide array of civil litigation matters, handling discovery, depositions, and court appearances, with trial experience welcomed but not required. The role is fully remote, based in Washington, and offers $130,000–$185,000 in salary, plus monthly and annual bonuses tied to performance and billables. Attorneys are trusted to manage their own time, with an informal PTO structure as long as billable expectations are met.

     

    What You'll Bring

    • 5+ years of litigation experience
    • Civil litigation experience in Washington required
    • Construction defect and/or business litigation experience preferred
    • Strong writing and legal research skills
    • Trial experience a plus, not required
    • J.D. from an accredited law school and active Washington Bar membership required

     

    The Role

    • Handle construction defect, civil, and business litigation matters
    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal research memoranda
    • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
    • Collaborate with senior litigators on case strategy and execution
    • The position is remote, based in Washington. The annual billable-hours requirement is 1,800 hours, with an informal, trust-based approach to scheduling and PTO.
