Our East Orlando law firm is seeking a Full-Time Attorney to join our growing Debt Collection practice. This position focuses on representing financial institutions and businesses in civil litigation matters related to the recovery of outstanding debts.
Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including hearings, depositions, trials, and settlement negotiations
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Appear in court regularly across Florida jurisdictions
• Advise clients on legal strategies for debt recovery and case resolution
• Collaborate with legal assistants and support staff to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 1-3 years of civil litigation experience , preferably in collections or creditor’s rights
• Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
